Returns are not accepted at Rewind. 

All handbags, wallets and jewelry are final sale.

All items that are shipped are considered final sale.

Exchanges

Items that are picked up and tried on in store within seven days of purchase can be exchanged for a store credit if the item does not fit. Once an item leaves the store, it is considered final sale. If an item is not picked up and tried on in store within seven days of purchase, it is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

Store credits can be used in store or online and do not expire.
