Shipping

Shipping fees with Canada Post are $18 within Ontario, $28 for the rest of Canda and $40 to the US. All orders come with a tracking number and are insured up to $100 CAD. Items over this price will not be insured. Rewind is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage and/or delays of orders following shipment.

Should you wish to insure your order, please contact us via email at info@rewindcouture.com once your purchase has been made. Insured shipping within Canada will cost $150 which includes tracking and signature. Insured shipping within the US will cost $200. If you are requesting insured shipping outside of Canada and the US, prices will be determined on an individual basis based on location, weight and value of the item(s). If you originally paid for shipping at the time of your order, that amount will be deducted from the final shipping cost.

All items that are shipped are considered final sale.

Shipping prices are subject to change depending on the item(s), destination, and size/weight/value of product(s). 

Items are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday.

Exchanges

Items that are picked up and tried on in store within seven days of purchase, can be exchanged for a store credit if the item does not fit. Once an item leaves the store, it is considered final sale.

Store credits can be used in store or online and do not expire.

All handbags, wallets and jewelry are final sale.
